How to card Uber?

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows how to card Uber because I’m struggling to card them I’ve done it before and it has worked got a couple of rides and then card died and when I used a new card it said to contact your financial institution

So I thought that card might’ve been dead so I used like 5 cards on it same problem happened anyone know how to card them?

It is about pending payments of card issuer bank.
