How to Cashout VCC?

I have legit VCC that will not chargeback with good balance that i need to cashout with minimum loss. I know i can add to PP or Payza etc. and cashout via there but i have a big amount and i'm sure they have a limit on how many cards you can add to the account.

So what is the quickest and cheapest way to cashout a VCC?

for liqpay u would sim from same country .I will not use liqpay beeing you.
payza dont work with vcc anymore for some weeks.(at least this is what i heard from exchangers)

try to get merchant account ,payout period on 2-3 weeks ,but will be risky also.

I am opening merchant account as we speak, it shouldn't be risky if the VCC doesnt charge back. These are legit VCC, not carded. Also payment is sooner, less than a week usually.
