This tut will show you how to create a verified paypal business account
TOOLS NEEDED

Set up your socks5 matching the zipcode of your drop
Find dead fullz (not blacklisted) matching zipcode or state of drop
Find business fullz matching state or zipcode of drop
Register at any of these sites or all 3 using the dead fullz
Replace fullz adrs with drop adrs so that they ship card to drop
Go to business fullz site if u dont have biz fullz
lookup ur drop's zip code or fullz zip code
Copy the provided Business fullz
NOW we need a dedicated server with a dedicated IP
dedicated servers assigns u a single IP only for u.
so u will be the only 1 with that IP
We need such IPs when dealing with paypal
Buy ur dedictaed server. It doesnt matter the state. It should be USA IP
Always log to ur paypal with only that IP
I REPEAT; ALWAYS LOGIN TO YOUR PAYPAL WITH ONLY THAT IP
If dedictaed ip is running,
Make sure u are already on sme state socks
Register with a fresh email
fill in business fullz and dead fulllz info
Get a usa phone number, use NEXTPLUS APP for IOS users or textnow or pinger for any device.
Register with that number on paypal.
kEEP UR NUMBER ACTIVE, IN THE FUTURE PAYPAL MIGHT TXT U.
TO KEEP UR NUMBER ACTIVE ALWAYS USE IT TO TXT OR CALL OTHER NUMBERS....ATLEAST 1S EVERY WK.

Starting with bank, login to prepaid card account if you have online access
Go to direct deposit, u will see your account number and routine number....
Fill these at paypal, use micro deposit verification
Wait for micro deposit, log to prepaid account in 1-3 days time for micro deposits
copy and log back to paypal using ur dedicated IP.......Confirm micro
Now bank is Verified.
If you dont have direct access for the prepaid card , wait and let your debit card drop....u can create online access after that.
You can verify CC as you wait for prepaid card from prepaid site.
When prepaid card drops u can also add (link) it to ur paypal so that u can cash to it.
