HOW TO OPEN A CLAIM ON FORUM

1. Go to Arbitration section - https://crdpro.cc/forums/arbitration.67/
2. Open a new thread and fill out the form below:
- Topic Title: [Claim] Nickname on the forum, contacts
Example: [Claim] Ripper228 ICQ 123456 jid jabber@jabber.com
- The subject should be linked to the defendant, his nickname
- Link to the thread of the defendant
- Proofs
- Amount of claim
4. Invite admin and defendant
  • Only the claimant, defendant and admin participate in the arbitration. At the discretion of the admin, other participants who are related to the case can also be involved. Other users are forbidden to write in the arbitration.
  • Only those cases in which the claimant suffered material loss are considered in arbitration. Consequential damages, as well as claims based on suspicion, will not be accepted. The arbitration doesn't consider lost profits.
  • The essence of the claim must be stated clearly and in detail, but without unnecessary comments that are not relevant to the case - without personal assessments of the qualities and intentions of the defendant. The defendant can be recognized as a ripper only upon consideration of the claim, after which the topic will be transferred to the Blacklist. Users are forbidden to create topics in the Blacklist on their own.
Claims related to the purchase/sale of credit cards from major online stores are not subject to arbitration on the forum. This review is not possible due to a number of the following attributes that don't allow for a complete, comprehensive and objective review, namely:
  • Each of the shops realizing the material is only responsible for its validity, but not the balance available on the card. That is, the card is considered valid if it has a positive balance over 0$;
  • Shop can not be responsible for ip purity (risk score, black list ip) and the setting of the system when entering (configs, cookies, mac address and other settings), which could be the point of lethal outcome of the card;
  • Shop cannot be responsible for fraud score, given by merchant or bank processing upon re-entry, which may result in instant blocking of the card;
  • Shop cannot be responsible for the quality and technology of the user's entering;
  • Merchant cannot be responsible for the region lock of the card upon entering;
All of the above objective signs of credit card lethality in the end are of a massive nature, in which it's impossible to arbitrate. Cause and effect cannot be determined due to undetermined circumstances. The user has only the right to leave a feedback about the service in his trading thread.
