from when i use to do re-o's &cc what i learn its best to get cc the person doesnt have. you better avoid the person getting a alert or them trying to use the card you have. with a new cc you create the narrative just have complete fullz.

change address on fullz profile then call cc issuer and ask for new card. make sure card use is dormant for highest success rate.
