I have a Hong Kong Amex, I cant figure out what site I can use to card for giftcards please help

Hey guys I bought a Hong Kong Amex hoping that it'll be easier to card. I can use a VPN that displays HK IP & everything is green on check2ip.com. Unfotunately I dont have the card holders address, just the HK city he is in. I just cant find a site to card that I can get Sony Playstation network cards or whatsoever digital giftcards so I can trade on paxful.com

Mostly asian cards are non-avs so you don't have to worry about not having the address.
