Black List [I have been scammed by] @legenda Telegram @ecdok

Feb 17 we started the deal through escrow from CrdPro forum in telegram with: @crdpro_escrow

I bought 2 documents and the seller (legenda) told me:

Production time 1-7 working days and shipping is up to 1 week.

Also he said that he wanted the money after sending me videos of documents. Because he dont want to get scammed. So i agreed and he showed me after very long time (huge delay) the videos. When i saw the videos i agreed and he said he would send the documents the day after. So i told the escrow that he could give him the money, and the middle-man did send him all money. But after long time now, nothing has happened, and the seller is ignoring me. It's now been over 2 months and i still haven't recieved anything.

I have seen him make a post some days ago in Center-club forum, in which he states that he is working, so i know he is active.

So i can now conclude, that i have been scammed.

So far, this is my experience with the seller:

1. The seller is not active 24/7 as he states in telegram and his banners. He is very hard to communicate with and answers with huge delays

2. The seller does not keep his words. When he says tomorrow, it means probably 2 or 3 weeks

3. The seller is ignoring me now

4. The seller is most likely a scammer and needs to get reprimanded or exposed

I have now lost a lot of money, which is 3950$ in total.

Please watch screenshots from telegram convo (group chat and private chat) - also i can provide more proof from convo or payment.

I hope some solution will come, as he has really been unfair and unjust.

были некие проблемы на томожне со всеми документами что высылались с стамбула, все паки перехватавали на томожне по этой причине стали некие задержки. данная посылка отправлена

What stage is the deal at now?

The seller hasn't contacted me after this claim, but through the escrow guy from this forum. 5 days ago i was told that the package has been sent and it will arrive in two days. The package has still not arrived.

Proof will be needed for where the package is at the moment, or else it might be the usual empty promises.

After i made the arbitrations in different forums against seller, he chose to send me the documents and it has arrived to me now.

But there are some mistakes in order:

1. He has put 'blue eyes' in the documents, although i told him 'brown eyes'. But when i saw this problem i said never mind and lets just proceed.

2. The passport comes with error when trying to scan chip (watch attached photo nr. 1)

3. The ID-card has no chip, or at least no working chip. I've tried to scan it but nothing.

The seller told me:

"Id card 950$ with chip and without 500$" (watch attached photo nr. 2)

I have paid 950$ for ID-card with chip and it has no chip, so i want my money back.

Do I understand correctly that you want a $450 refund because there is no chip?

приветствую на чипе момент чипа сработал, если не работает то пусть клиент вышлет обратно и мы исправим проблему, эти документы три раза передавались мне лично так как были проблемы с отправками

@Will Smith Please make a conclusion on this. This guy can drag this on for long time. He has no proofs for his statements, and he provided me an ID-card with no chip, although i paid for it. I want my money back.
