I need help looking like the cardholder

I am quite new to this. I have 2 questions. I heard you can either use Socks5 or an RDP. How do you set up the RDP to look like you are the cardholder? And if you are using socks how do you find a proxy that is in a specific city and state?

Do you have to be in the same city as the cardholder or just near? I am about to do my first cashout. Any advice is thankful!

You can also use free wifi if that is possible. I suggest to use cc cleaner and mac acdres changer

I thought all you need is socks and vpn ? Also do you know how to card from a iPhone ?
