so I wanted to use instant transfer as payment method.
made self reg, bund cc, ba, sent mini deps.

in a day confirmed bank with minideps. but when trying to pay there were only card and bml payment methods.

I also reged another acct and confirmed it with instant. Now I got instant transfer as a payment method.
Question is what's wrong and why hand't I got instant transfer on first account.
