I was wondering the same thing
I bought 2 101 DUMP with PIN, but the ATM didn't work and only 1 POS generated $20, not even enough to succeed. I bought two more CC's. They both died. The store is not fake, but neither CC nor DUMP can be checked, so it is not very efficient.
