Is it better to buy a card in your Province?

I live in Canada and I have done a ton of research but from what I gathered if it's possible to buy a FULLZ in your location do it. So I researched good bins and found 450003 to have good reviews in BC so I purchased a card and it didn't work the site refunded me which was awesome but I'm wondering if it's better to purchase a FULLZ in your location or if there is a country id find better luck buying or if anybody has a bin they feel like sharing I just don't understand I know I'll have to buy a Prozy5 in the location but the shipping address won't the same as the Cardholder?

Usually you have to buy a card in your region, yes, because 99% of times cards are region locked. Means if you buy a card from outside your region, it will not work.

By all means, you can buy a proxy to match CH address, but as i always say, it's complex work that requires (some) skills before even attempting to do so.

Carding is becoming extremely hard brother, you need to do some seriou research and trial /error and learn learn learn.
