Is it dead or not? Someone? Anyone?

Okay so here’s what I got …. In the past few days I have checked I don’t know say 1000 cards at a certain trusted place and all but about maybe 2 0r 3 maybe come back good the rest are either dead, bad number etc etc so I found that odd , decided what the hell if they are dead already what does it matter soooooo I checked a second time and about 7 out of 20 came back good and and yes pre auth'ed (I know I know but remember they were supposed to be dead already soooo…) now can someone explain that and should I roll the dice and attempt to use the card info or not? Does this happen often and I used a well respected site to check the card the first time so what now? What do I do ?
Lastly, I have some card numbers w no cvv’s so what can be done w those really? Useless w no cvv? Sorry this is all still kinda new to me. So be nice plz.. and all input is appreciated . Thx y’all !!

Oook and what does my availability of funds have to do w this question ? I didn’t say anything about how much money I have available so really u have no reason to even bring my financial situation into this response GENIUS .. Frankly, u have idea what funds I have and as far as me stayin away- how bout you sit down and shut the hell up over princess and maybe u shouldn’t be so rude and presumptuous .. As for me and my finances I prefer to defer to my financial advisor not some random unsolicited advice on a carding forum.. so thanks and drive around.…. Good luck sparky … shoot for the stars!!
