Ive seen some posts that say you dont need IST files in 2025. I want to try with and without so if anyone has a list pls share it.

chip dont work. u gotta 1 dip or 3 dip sometimes 4 dip depending on pos. chip is irrelevant do not worry about that. find u some good bins and go crazy. and for atm cashout just buy dumps with pin from trusted sites hopefully they not dead and pin is correct and not region blocked, then u will have success. Now get to work!

Does it matter? Some people are still able to clone just the mag or some others are lucky and are able to emv fall back if they get the IST FILE
