Black List Kendall / telegram (fallengod2) scammer

I am getting people evacuated from Ukraine and Russia through my private method and he messages me and tries to scam me of $100 BTC and calls me a scammer when I won't send him money. Why would I send money to him if he's supposed to purchase a service frm me?
