Kozmap Scan Service General Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: The March 17th, 2023

◆ 1. Kozmap Scan Service exclusively provides digital products. We do not distribute physical items such as identification cards, statements, or Social Security cards.

◆ 2. Although we do not guarantee the successful acceptance of our documents, we will endeavor to assist with any issues stemming from our documentation if the cause is clearly attributable to our products. This point is particularly important when purchasing documents for reimbursement purposes, including service summaries and damage reports.

◆ 3. The estimated delivery time for standard orders (i.e., United States driver's licenses, standard identification cards for various countries, and standard bank statements) ranges from 2 to 8 hours during a business day (refer to the following points). Delivery timeframes may be extended on a case-by-case basis with mutual consent.

◆ 4. Our business days begin at 1:00 AM EST and conclude between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM EST.

◆ 5. We kindly request that our clients verify the accuracy of documents prior to submission. Although we assume responsibility for the correctness of the provided documents, it is challenging to validate every detail in numerous documents simultaneously. Please conduct a prompt review of names, addresses, and dates of birth. Should any errors be identified, we will correct them, even if up to six months have elapsed since the order date.

◆ 6. Clients may request minor modifications to documents, such as updating ZIP codes or addresses. We will accommodate these requests free of charge if they are minor in nature and no substantial queue follows your order. Otherwise, an additional fee may apply. Please verify the accuracy of your information before confirming your order or be prepared to pay extra if necessary.

◆ 7. Kozmap Scan Service reserves the right to decline services to any individual, particularly those exhibiting inappropriate behavior or engaging in deceptive activities. However, we will generally evaluate each situation individually.

◆ 8. Orders with lower prices may be assigned a lower priority.

◆ 9. Clients are responsible for all live selfie and video call verifications. Our obligation concludes upon the submission of the live face scan. We hold no responsibility for any subsequent actions involving the scan. Should any suspicions arise regarding the quality of our work, we will supply video evidence demonstrating the work's completion.

◆ 10. Kozmap Scan Service explicitly refrains from engaging in any activities that contravene OFAC sanctions policies or participating in any transactions related to the election systems of any country. If it is discovered that a client's order is associated with OFAC sanctions violations or election fraud, we will terminate our services for that client. Our service must not be implicated in such activities in any capacity.

◆ 11. The use of products provided by Kozmap Scan Service is the sole responsibility of the client. We insist that our products be used for entertainment purposes only and never for criminal activities. Clients are also responsible for the data submitted for products. Stolen identities must not be employed to create any type of product. Only use identities to which you have lawful access. As we are not a platform subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, adherence to these terms is the client's responsibility. We will not verify client data. All data will be deleted within one month of order completion.​
