Loading coinbase question ??

I need help cashing out a cc or debit with coinbase. how are people doing doing it ? Are they opening up coinbase in cc holders name and verifying it with documents? Or people are using a cc adding It to any verified account ?? Also doe it matter what cc or debit card you use ??
