- MS Word. Google writer, Libre Office, are ok; make sure saving as word file, and not a different format!



What we will be doing is creating "Checks/Money Orders." Initially, we will be using these to "top off" credit cards, by repaying the balance, and/or increasing the credit balance. For example, if your card's available balance is 2000, you've spend 1000, and you pay $2000, not only have you paid off the 1000 owed, but you have a credit for the overpay.



The other thing we will initially be doing is tax refunds. Similar to the above, we will be "overpaying for back taxes." This will create credits, and should then trigger a refund.



Similar will also be done for other things: utilities, child support, cell/internet/telcom, and others.



The initial phase will require some people to do research, to find targeted information. You will also need to be able to call up people to confirm that you have the right company info.
