I am a new guy trying to earn some money not pro carder and sorry for my bad english. Please help me to get my money back.
I have registered on MadFox today to check the quality, was looking for a good shop with a good refund policy, the site was very slow through tor. I bought the first card - check - refund. I bought the second one:

The card had VBV, I wasn't sure valid or not so I checked it on novbv site - declined. It took some time so when I clicked "check" button for that card it was 34 seconds left, the button said "loading" After that time it said "timeout". After that I asked through the ticket system to refund because I clicked "check" when it was 34 seconds left. The support accused me of killing ccs:
no the site is not slow i think u are just ccs killers u wait till the last sec
The only thing I wanted to make sure that the card is dead because I heard that checkers kills cards. I was trying to explain to him that his website was slow at that time and I swear when I clicked the "check" button it was 34 seconds I was asking him to recheck the card and refund if it's dead. But he just ignores me now. I registered on Lux checker and checked the card by myself the answer was declined.
I'm asking moderators to block his shop till he refunds the dead card on the balance (14 dollars)
