No i did not place a order and I did not use his “test”
In the picture he accepted escrow
Then he said he refused to do escrow
He also scammed someone else on here with the same trick he will send small test and scam when you spend hundreds if you put two and two together he is trying the exact same thing here that he did with @Nickroman

also he has not even bothered to reply here

he also stated that he has many multi account on the form
