Tenant information required..
• DL Front and Back of only Missouri state
• 911 or any Good vpn
• Create an Email matching Tenant’s SSN details
• Lease-agreement
• Eviction-notice
To apply , Go to the website above and look around for the button apply.
Click on Apply Now as in option Three
Enter the fullz info filing as Tenant First and Last Name and choose any Email? and Password
Click on Continue to site
On the site page, Click on View Programs
Since we are applying as Tenant, Click on SAFHR Renter Application Portal
when the next page comes click Apply
If next page loads, Tick “Yes” for all the options available
On the application page, Enter fullz using as, Tenant First and Last Name, an Email matching fullz Name( so you must create an email in your fulls name for this. Take Norte:, Last 4 digits of SSN and select the Gender of fullz you’re using
Enter the Address,County,Full Name, Current Date and make up any signature, they don’t run any verification to see the authenticity.
Select “No” for Ethnicity, “White” as Applicant Race and upload the front and back of the DL of the Fullz using as Tenant.
for the checking options, Tick “Yes” for all the options there
On the next page, Click on SAFHR Section 1 as it appears on the left
On the form Type only same fullz info you’re applying with as Tenant for Household Members
Leave Number 4 Blank and where it asks is any adult member 18 or older choose yes
add signature and continue
Please note: Estimated Total Household Annual Income should be any amount less than $30k Which falls under 50-80% Area Median Income
On the next section, just enter the Tenant full name and Income Documentation is Optional so you just skip the upload section and select any option under Question Number 13. After you done, just click on Mark as Complete
you will be take back to initial page. At this point, just click on SAFHR Section 2 and you will be redirected to the next stage
On this page, is either you select PAST DUE RENT or FORWARD RENT but you got to put in Mind that, all number of months selecting will not be more than 12 months else your application won’t be approved
• For the address, just use your Tenant address to fill the spaces provided
Monthly Rent amount should be any amount from $0 - $1900 but I used $1200 for this tutorial. You can use any amount you prefer but choosing the amount will depend on how you’re gonna edit your Documents

On the "PAST DUE RENT SECTION" . This section requires more attention: Multiply your Monthly Rent Amount as selected above by the number of months you are requesting for assistance which should not be more than 12 months
Let say my monthly Rent Amount is $1200 and am requesting for 12 months, it will be $1200 multiply by 12 equals $14400. That means I will be paid $14400. The secret here is that, you can enter Rent Amount as $1,750 and get paid for $21k.
Total Amount Of Rental Arrears and Fees Owed by the Tenant should be anything more than the total Rent requesting but should be less than $30k
Now you would be asked to select all the months you need assistance
You got to select all the months you are requesting for and all months selected should not be more than 12
When completed Select SAFHR Section 3 and you will be taken to the next stage
Select Confirmed to all the attestation questions
Enter the date of which you are applying for the application
• Tenant Full Name
• Electronic Signature
On the optional page, If you have the requested info, submit. if you dont, just mark as completed
when everything is done, click on Request A Recommendation, meaning this section is going to be used to invite our Landlord to also complete his section of the application
On this Section, the info been requested here will be the info of the Landlord including an email which invitation link will be sent to the Landlord
• Message section is just any form of message you wish to provide related to the invitation to your landlord’
after you receive the invitation to the landords email, it will come with a link in which you just have to open an account with the email so you can start with the Landlord application
After account has been created you will see a dashboard, Above is my old Landlord profile but new account will show only 1 Recommendation when you create it. In order to begin you just have to click on START to begin with the Landlord application
At this point, The landlord will be asked either to Accept or Decline the invitation. Since you’re are same person applying same application, Just click Accept
Once Invitation has been accepted you will now have the ability to provide the info you’re applying with as Landlord
On number 2, it will ask you for SSN and W9 of the Landlord
On number 5a, you will be asked to choose your payment option either CHECK or ACH payment
• I personally used direct deposit for this and you must put in mind Bank name got to Match with the Landlord or else your application will be declined
So your drop a Trusted one is okay to use for this, tell him or her it’s a payment from your tenant from one of your properties ..
You will be asked put your Account Number and Routine Number of the account using to receive the Payment
NOTE:Name on Bank has to match the Name on Application(Landload). Only Wellsfargo and Credit Union Banks can receive payment without the Name not matching
Provide them either Voided check or Bank Statement of the account
Then your Landlord IDs either DL/State ID
under property management agreement, You can upload any of the documents asked above either Proof Of Ownership, Management Agreement, Notarize Letter etc. Then finally Attest to all the questions that follows
The last part will ask you to sign a signature then you click on Submit
Landlord application Submitted successfully. Now time to log out and log into our Tenant Profile to submit the final application
log in with your Tenant application credentials. when loged in, click on continue
Click on SAFHR Landlord Recommender Task
when it opens, Mark as complete
An Option will be given to submit the final application. Just click on SUBMIT
You will be prompted to either review all the info provided before you submit. If everything looks fine to you just Proceed and click on Submit
Another Email ? will be sent to both Landlord and Tenant once your application has been approved
