Need advice (gift) for bank log (socks5, vpn, Vm)

Hi guy, I am new into this, I have got some bank account with ssn and everything on hand, my question is what I can use to go in this bank account for loan to be untracable online.

I already know alot about virtualmachine, got good Socks5 ready, and a pay no log vpn.
Do you use something like Whonix and put the socks5 at the end to make the location good or
bank will detect Tor and block the transaction? Because the goal is to make loan, transfert the $ and not be untracable at the end.

If someone can guide me with this, write to me and I will help too if need something after...

apply a new card on that ssn, then putt your drop in adress when card arrive use spoofer for number masking then activate the card then do shoping , open a online , do a balance transfer , alot of ways to i hope you understand
