need any experienced emv dump writers

Hello. I need help with writing an emv dump, i have all of the software. The problem is, i can't find my dump's bank on my atr tool, is there any way to add banks to the atr tool because i see it has 'update atr list' button, not sure if that is possible.

Also another thing, i know this is a big ask but does anyone have the ist tool 3.0 that they are willing to give to me for free. I am struggling with my swiss bank log
