need help with capital one

What's up fraudsters I'm trying to activate cap one card. In the verification process I found out that cardholder already has capital one account so it won't let me register as a new user...how do I get around this to use card without alerting cardholder??? Please help

I called the fraud department of C1 and informed them that the checking account had been opened by someone else. I asked them to close the account. It was closed, and after 2-3 days, I tried enrolling the credit card, and it worked!
