Need Help With SSH ACCESS

So I have purchased a SSH access on bidencash as a noob who thought it was as simple as opening termux and entering in the information and bam it works. However I’m having issue with logging in. Not sure what I’m doing wrong I open termux on Mac and select open new remote ssh and fill in the Info and it links up but ask for password and I thought either the password was like admin or root or something or that I would be found in the information provided to me maybe I’m just not going about it correctly but I would love to know how I can truly access thiss ssh
