What is the best site for high quality cards? Yale been selling dead cards for weeks now.

Ive noticed all the card sites have been slowly getting worse and worse and even rare bins that ive purchased for top dollar are being resold over and over, so im thinking of just paying someone who is a vetern on spamming for cards and bank logs so theyll at least be fresh without a time limit....Best of luck with some valid CC's
