how do you go through escrow for a cashout service? let me guess, you choose which escrow correct? why pay up front through escrow when they can just get more cc and use it on there own website to cashout? just my penny and a used condom.

Yes or you can choose an escrow. It's only to safeguard my side as I won't be able to protect my funds.
