New Virtual Machine for each cardholder?

First post, two questions:
One: Should I create a new virtual machine for each cardholder as I card them?
Two: Based on my research, Windows 7 is the recommended OS for virtual machines for carding. Support is ending for Windows 7, so is there a different OS I should be using to charge cards from?

1) Windows 10 is better. Preferably professional
2) You dont NEED to. Download ccleaner and tmac address changer. Also change HDMI Serial # after each time. Now another good idea is after a few times where u do ur fraud and whatnot, create a new user. works well for paypal as well since u can change cookies. If u got a macbook u can do the same thing just use burner lte as hotspot and create new acc each time. Your all welcome. PM @MaxP1k if u tryna learn more tho this jus the tip of the iceburg
