Anyone that gives you any kind of resistance or attitude when you ask for escrow is trying to scam, straight up, no exceptions.
Any honest person that does legit business, will be open to escrow, because it protects the buyer from shady pieces of shit like this guy. Under no certain terms should an honest person decline escrow, ever...

I asked if he did escrow, and he got heated and bitchy with me, just like someone who is trying to scam and just realized that they're not gonna be able to scam you.
