Non vbv bins

Hi,

Have anyone bought non vbv bins from wizards shop?
Do they work or they shit??
I m trying to learn the carding game but can t afford to do trial and error.

I bought a bin on ruskov.cc and was able to use it without any VBV verification. Bought the same bin again, but this time I was faced with VBV verification.
I think it dosn't always matter on the BIN if the card will activate the VBV verification or not, so based on this I don't think the non vbv bins from wizard are all non vbv guaranteed.
