Non VBV vs High Limit Bins

This more of a question if it’s possible to get around the $300 dollar limit before verification if you use a high limit bin. I’m wondering because I’m seeing if I can get around sending high amounts on western union with high limits instead of non vbv.
Also if you have non vbv bin list for sale pm me

for me i am actually using it for carding flight...that is why i need it soo bad...i am stranded in a place now and cant get flight to book back home
