I think I understand that I need to get classic or platinum if I want to get $500+ out of each.

I see sellers saying they have cvv for $ then extra for ssn and dob, in order for me to cash these out I need the names and addresses on the cards. Do these usually come with those?

Yes, name and address usually comes with every cc. The main idea is:
1. Find a drop
2. Buy cc for drop's state
3. Buy some stuff under $300 online (shipping = drop's address, billing = holder's address)

$50 is not so much, cause cc cost around $5. But yeah, it's possible.
