how much stuff do you put in one order? what is $ limit after which you need call?

much depends on shop, bank and c u use. but in general don't make big orders. it rare to success with huge order

the more single order costs the more is risk.

better make some small orders. with big order if you get decline - all stuff fucks up at once. with lots of small orders you have more chances
