Paying instantly with routing & account number (ACH)?

I have many routing number and account number available, is there a way to make instant payments using them, without waiting several business days like standard ACH transfers.


Does anyone know:

• If instant or same-day payments are possible using routing/account numbers?
• Any websites or services that accept payments only via routing & account number?

Unless you use them to hit credit card top ups or write checks !!!
Some shopping cart too accept routing # and account # for order. You just have to research them to find your options !!!!
