So this is a tutorial that I have decided to write after much trial and error, countless amount of money spent, and paying people to divulge information.
Requirements:
*ATO'd Paypal Account (you can use a hacked Paypal, but the time investment you will spend and the chance of the hacked Paypal getting pulled from you are not worth the risk.
However, it is entirely up to you and can be done if the balance on the hacked account is quite large).
*BeenVerified Account (used for searching info on original Paypal account owner).
*Prepaid phone (no Google Voice or textnow bullshit, as they can be added to an account but not used for verifying when trying to send funds out).
*Understanding of how to log into ATO'd or hacked Paypal account (I won't be going over how to log into the account, as there are other tutorials already made on how to do so. But if the demand for one is high, I will make one in the future).
*Spooftel Account (this is optional, but will help if you have one).
*Basic/Intermediate Social Engineering Skills
Now that we have our requirements in check, it is time to begin.
Steps:
1. Go to your Paypal account and look up user account info. Find the person's name, address, and their phone number (just need the area code)
2. Once you have this info, go to BeenVerified and look for the person whose Paypal account you have. Make sure to cross-check to see that the address and area code for the person on BV matches that of the Paypal account.
3. Go to spokeo.com/reverse-phone-lookup and input the phone number of your victim into their search bar. Afterwards, you will see the list of the names who are attached to that number. You want to make sure that your victim is the most recent one, as it may sometimes list other names associated with that number. This is due to phone numbers being recycled when they drop their phone plan and the number gets passed on to another individual.
4. After you have found the most recent phone number associated with the victim, it should state whether it is a home phone or cell phone, as well as the phone carrier.
5. With this knowledge, go purchase a prepaid phone on the same carrier as the victim (if they have AT&T listed as their cell phone provider, purchase a AT&T prepaid phone).
6. Do not activate the phone in-store, do it on your own time as then you will be able to sign up the phone using the victim's details.
7. Make sure to use their same address, same area code as the phone number they have on file that you searched for in spokeo, and MOST IMPORTANT make sure it is the same name as the victim. Otherwise, when you go to add the phone number to the account, you will get an error stating that "The device is not registered in your name."
8. When you are done registering the phone and it is now activated, go to listyourself.net and input the details of the victim, but make sure to add your own prepaid phone number as a contact information. This way, it will be propagated throughout the network and to public databases.
9. Wait a couple days (3-5 days is ideal), giving the site to propagate your phone number to several public record databases.
10. After the allotted time has passed, go to your Paypal account and add your new phone number. If everything went successfully, you will be able to add your phone number without any problems. From there, you can send a text confirmation and send funds out without hassle.
Optional Steps:
In case something went wrong above, then here are some steps to manually add the phone number yourself.
1. Go to spooftel.net and make an account there. Make sure to add funds via BTC only to protect yourself.
2. Spoof your phone number to that of the victim's (you can use the voice pitch feature to change the sound of your voice in case of the opposite gender).
3. Call Paypal and say something along the lines of how you received a new phone from the company you worked at and would like to add it to your account. Say that you have tried to do so, but were having some trouble and just wanted to have Paypal support add it manually to save some time.
4. If your SE skills are decent, then the agent will be able to add the phone number to your account. Seeing that the phone number of your prepaid phone is listed on public databases and it is on the same carrier, there should be no red flags raised.
5. After phone number has been added, proceed like the steps above in verifying via text message and continue to send funds out.
