i have a question about carding paypal you can buy pp accs but how to card it.

PP carding:

You create an paypal account and link a credit/debit card to it and use that pp account for online purchase

PP loading/transfer:

1. You use pp account to transfer money to someone else

2. You buy paypal logs and log into those and transfer money to someone else.


Problem with PP:

> need phone verification
> transfer take 24hrs to move
> IP check when you logged in via logs
