iOS jailbreaking or rooting on Android would be helpful to us?

I noticed on my old jailbroken iPhone that there are apps like
CHANGE UR GPS and other one...

And I come to you to ask what kind of twerks do you use?
When you work on the phone, what tools do you use?
Is there a similar browser with such capabilities as
Dolphin Browser for PC?

I did not cover jailbreaking on it, just the general trick of resetting the phone can clear the keychain.
