Questions about carding virtual items using PayPal account

Hi,

I will card some virtual items using PayPal but I have some questions

1- Can a vendor guarantee the balance for me ?!

2- The Paypal accounts to be used have credit card and bank account conformed, if I didn't find the amount I want, can I withdraw from the cc or bank account attached, if yes, will it be done INSTANTLY

3- What's the different between a normal account and "instant" one, I see vendors sell "instant ones"

4- When the order will be canceled or the user will charge back the account, I will get the items within 15 - 30 min. max.

1- gaurantee the blance u will need to ask the vendor your buying from
2 cc is instant but her ein uk bank takes 5-7 days and is classed as echeque
3 dont know this one as uk dont have these
4 this question makes no sense
