when you send refund, you wait for admin to process refund if card is valid or not. please let us know if your problem was solved.

Yes my problem was solved but I'm trying to access website right now but it doesn't seem like it's working and doesn't give any error. I was actually waiting for some other stuff to get refunded. Thank you for asking @sefcu

Refunds are done manually, for proper checked. support is stable and fast, so you have nothing to worry about.

On weekends you might experience delay in refund max wait time 24 hours. on business day refund is stable.

REFUND
Refunds are possible only on your Orders Page
1. Open your Orders Page
2. Check a bad card (button on the right front of the card)
3. For invalid cards you will get refund immediately. for valid card, $1 will be debited from your balance.
2. We advise you don't use the checker always.
3. Unfortunately I don't make refunds via tickets.
If replacement time is out or a card was already checked and approved, you don't have ability to refund this card
4. (Default replacement time is 10 minutes (if purchased greater than 10 cards 1 hour)
5. Approved cards cannot be refunded.
6. We cannot guarantee or control account balance on cards we sell. Valid cards with low balance are non refundable.
7. Replacements are only performed via the Orders Page ("Check" button is available next to all refundable purchases)

Checker is not working, when I try to check cards, it says try again after 1 minute and after minutes it’s the same thing, and also most cards are dead.

Checker is not working, when I try to check cards, it says try again after 1 minute and after minutes it’s the same thing, and also most cards are dead.

checker takes at least 30 seconds to check card, you don't click checker and expect to work immediately. you have to give time to analysis it. you over click checker, you have to wait and try after 1 minutes. that is why we give 10 minutes for a card, and 1 hour for 10 + cards
