Really, almost every single one has been good, but a lot depends on what kind of dumps you're buying (bin & service code) if/how you're checking them, and how/where you use em.
I check every number as soon as i buy it, in a way that doesn't kill it like a checker does, because you can't really rely on the checkers that those sites use...
I buy AMEX dumps, because they work where I'm at, and I dont even fuck with the other dumps...

Rescator.cn is the worst site I've tried for dumps. Not only did i not find a single live dump on there, but they block out the info if their checker says its dead, which is bullshit. The checker is the thing that kills it most of the time, so you can go back to those dumps that were DEAD two days ago, and they can be LIVE the next time you check em. ...at least in my experience. If you buy a non refundable dump, then you should be able to keep the track, regardless if it's deemed LIVE or DEAD by the sites checker. I'm not aware of any other sites that pull that shady shit other than Rescator.cn, and they say it's for SECURITY REASONS, but they COULD just resell it after you bought it, because you can see the info unless you take a screenshot immediately after purchase...
