Hello dear Administrators and members Sharkshop

I am writing to warn others about my recent experiences with Sharkshop. I had previously bought from them with no issues, but recently, I have made multiple purchases, and each card came out dead

When I reached out to the seller for assistance, they initially assured me that if I paid for the product, they would check its functionality within an hour. However, after making the purchase and confirming the product was not working, I requested a refund as promised. The seller then stated that all of their cards are dead by design, blocked me, and refused to refund my money or send me couple working ones as promised.

I strongly advise anyone to avoid buying from this seller. They are engaging in dishonest practices and attempting to scam customers. They are currently advertising a "cheap" product with the condition that customers will not be allowed to verify the item before purchase. Do not be deceived – this is a tactic to take your money and run.

Please be cautious and do not fall for their misleading offers. For proof of my purchases and the defective products, I have included pictures below. I can provide further evidence>I’m passing this message here and other forums do the same to prevent money loss.

first they blamed the base saying it's old

Dear Administrators and members Sharkshop

This is now the second day without any response from either the admin or the seller regarding the ongoing issue. I’ve received multiple complaints from other buyers in my inbox who are facing the same problem.

Additionally, my posts are being deleted when I reply to the shop’s posts, and I’ve been removed from all the CRDPro groups on Telegram. SharkShop has also removed a significant number of listings from their shop.

We’re simply asking for the issue to be addressed and resolved. As honest buyers and sellers, we are not looking for handouts. We spend our hard-earned money and just want the situation to be set right.

I’m not here to bash the shop or the team—just requesting that we work together to find a solution and restore the integrity of the platform for everyone.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

To put cherry on top I'm banned with money still in my account in it. Admin need to denounce this behavior or it looks like we are condoning it.

he just want us to refund everything we have rules here to follow i would request the admin to just clear my threads if u read his logs i dont even get what he claims he is just flooding my threads :)

Dear Admin,

I would like to address the recent response I received, as it contains several inaccuracies. At no point have I requested a full refund of my payment. In our private conversation, prior to being blocked, I clearly expressed my willingness to work with Sharkshop and asked for just two working numbers that had been promised.

To clarify, this 2 weeks alone, I have already spent $1,000, but unfortunately, none of the numbers provided have worked. Despite this, I have never demanded a refund, either in private or publicly. My position has always been focused on maintaining an honest business relationship, ensuring that future customers are not misled with non-functional numbers.

I am hopeful we can resolve this matter transparently and in good faith.

As I mentioned previously, this sends a troubling message to our fellow CRDPro members. If this behavior is not addressed and condemned by the administration, it may be perceived as being implicitly supported or condoned, which would not reflect well on the integrity of the community.

I urge you to consider this matter carefully and take the necessary steps to uphold a transparent and honest business environment for all members.
