you cant do it anymore for sim swap service you need to go personal so its impossible to do it online

Only T-Mobile offers online option for swaps now but you'll still need to have a physical sim on hand.
Other carriers like At&t, Verizon and the rest has to be done in person.

Damn that's crazy I use to do swaps from att and Verizon ok online through simple mobile too easy
