I'll post a link below, it is same stuff as he posted, but took out file with virus and tut videos because they sucked and took up hella space.

Not sure why you need an atr tool... they are easy enough to write manually... in fact you should be able to get a script from jcop supplier. BP tools is free on the internet. Msr software also free.
