Thought for once Id see what people outside the box think on how to handle this and pay em...or get payback. FUCK SANTA BARB HARBOR PATROL.
I live on my sailboat and it got impounded it yet again for being late ( 2 hours) paying my slip fee for a 3rd time, and the 1st time I got a trespassing ticket for being on it when they had it impounded. THey even impounded my work truck and had it cubed after I couldnt pay it ontime, and this time I need $6500 to get my house (boat) back and it goes up $189 daily. I can call and make multiple credit card payments, but need to get the cards and pay it all the same day or wont do any good. Until I do Im homeless, and it sucks. DIcks laugh about it all the time. Please help with any ideas or laws or hackers.
