"Transaction cannot be completed" - Google Play
whenever i try to buy anything from my email account in android device, it shows the the error"Transaction cannot be completed". The error occurs with all the gmail accounts in my android phone. When i use the same cc in my other device, it shows payment successful.

Can anyone help me in this because it is getting very irritating for me to use my friend's device for carding Google Play Store
