I am trying to find my biological father. No, this is not a joke.
My mother passed away a few years ago and never mentioned to me that the person I thought my dad was, was not my biological father. I took a DNA test out of curiosity and I opened a can of worms.
I have identified who this person is after over 1,000 hours of research. However, I cannot track him down. I have spoken to everyone imaginable in his circle and they have all said he is a recluse. I have contacted his father (my biological grandfather) and they do not contact me back. I have contacted past friendships, they don't know where he currently is either.
I have obtained his:
* a comprehensive TLO that's as recent as January 2023,
* a comprehensive idiCore that's as recent as January 2023,
* his SSN,
* his DL,
* his VIN.
I cannot find his:
* current phone number (assumed to be a prepaid number),
* his current address.
He does not have:
* a credit card (and he never has according to what I have seen and heard from friends),
* a mortgage
He pays his utility bills with cash, or under someone else's name.
Can anyone help? Any ideas?
