I am reaching out to formally report an issue with a vendor, AllCards (allcards.blog), who operates on this forum. I purchased a card from them, only to find that it was already expired. When I contacted them for a refund, they initially responded and mentioned they would reach out to their boss regarding my issue. However, since then, they have completely ignored my messages and have not processed my refund of $19.70.

Previously, they were quick to handle refunds in case of issues, but now they are not responding at all. This lack of communication and failure to honor a refund for an unusable product is highly unprofessional.

I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter. If this vendor is known for similar complaints, I urge you to take appropriate action to prevent other users from facing similar issues. Below are the details of my transaction:
• Vendor: AllCards (allcards.blog)
• Issue: Sold expired cards and is now ignoring refund requests
• Amount: $19.70

Additionally, I have discovered that all the cards listed as “live” on their site are actually dead. The only ones appearing active are the 03/25 expiration date cards, which are also expired. This clearly indicates a problem with their system for checking card validity, misleading buyers into purchasing unusable cards.

I've been a little busy these past two days. I just saw this.First of all, we did not find any chat records related to you. Secondly, we will only charge valid cards and refund the rest. All did not work im not new at this. And btw all cards that doesnt have expire 03/25 did not work too but i just asked for the 03/25. Same day i bought like 20 cards your system showed only 03/25 cards as you can see in the picture which seemed a little error in your site. I tried them all just to proof for you non of them worked and sended you a dm

It is impossible for merchants to deliberately set up the sale of only cards that are about to expire. This is a random event. We have rectified the merchants and currently sell cards that are about to expire separately at a lower price.

I explained to you i bought two cards then messaged you then i bought the rest to proof all of them non working and made you check but you told me i wolm check with my boss i had no intentions to buy more since i already know non of them working

I tested it again and some cards are still alive 8 days after you used them. I sell 1000 cards a day, if there is a real problem who will buy from me. Please find out your own reasons. Using a credit card is a technical job,Make sure you do it the right way. We only guarantee the validity of the card. If we want to ensure that he can make money, why don't we do it ourselves?

Like when i buy 20 cards and non of them paid off then your vendors are selling second hand cc's

If you think im here for the 20$ then you wrong, im here to explain what quality you sell, how poor you communicate with your clients and ignore them after and now you replying after 8 days and this photo isnt enough proof for your words

I truly buy from a good shop here never fails me but when coming to using your shop your ccs is absolutely second hand or low quality

that's all? I only guarantee that the card is active when sold. How you use it is your problem. You think my quality is low, but I have users praising my high quality every day.
