TURNAROUND TIME
Once we accept your order, 1-2 business days to process it. Then, you may request your new certified copy of birth certificate directly from the issuing agency. Realistically, you can expect to have your new certificate in hand within 2 weeks.
Our obligation to you is to register your certificate within 7 business days MAXIMUM or we will happily refund your order. You are responsible for obtaining a copy from the state/city registrar. However, we will assist you with this including filling out forms and proving your identity on the application upon request.
OPTIONAL SERVICE
If you want us to fill out the application for your certified copies and submit to the states registrar directly, please select this option. This carries a 250 USD convenience fee. We overnight the paperwork and identity proof to the registrar and request TWO copies. These copies will be sent directly to you. You must have a shipping address within the USA. A PO Box or PMB is acceptable. We will provide tracking information. We are not responsible for returned mail so please be sure your address is correct.
Using the optional service does not prevent you from requesting more copies yourself later. We will happily provide you a copy of the application form we sent to the registrar and the ID copy so you can use the same application again.
HOW TO PURCHASE

4 Our deliverable to you is a digital transcript that is proof your record has been entered into the states vital records. We will provide instructions on how to request certified copies of your certificate. You will need a USPS Money Order to pay the registrar approximately 30 USD. We recommend sending in your application USPS Priority or Express.
Unless you opt for our optional state application service mentioned above, we do not ship you anything directly. Please do not provide us your address as we do not need it. You will get your new birth certificate from the state directly.
NOTE This is NOT a delayed certificate of birth. (This is a good thing!) This certificate WILL have a filing date within 1 year of your date of birth. This is important because many agencies, such as when applying for a passport, do not consider a delayed certificate to carry the same weight as a normal certificate.

- US state that the certificate is filed in. We do not offer a choice of states at this time - you must be OK with any of the 50 states - do not order if you do not agree to this.
- Specific hospital or birth location in that state. We choose a common state hospital by default - if you prefer something else, please tell us in the notes.
