I've been trying to contact technical support for 10 days, and all they tell me is to open a ticket (they don't respond).
Technical support just tells me to wait. It's the same thing every day... I just want to withdraw the money from my sales.

I want to clarify that I had a ticket 10 days ago and I deleted it in order to create another one.

I just need help with my problem so I can continue selling CCS.

Greetings to the forum administrator and owner of vclub.

The problem is they're asking me to reset my Jabber password, and my account is old; I registered it with my email address (I've explained this 50 times already because Jabber won't let me reset it).

But when I applied to be a seller, I sent them my Jabber account details, so I don't know why I haven't been paid.

Greetings to the CrdPro administrator, I want to express my dissatisfaction with @vclub. Their support tells you to "wait," and they don't respond to tickets! I've been trying to withdraw my sales earnings for over 10 days now, and they haven't given me an answer!

When I registered my account several months ago, they didn't require Jabber for withdrawals, but now they do. Similarly, when I submitted a ticket to become a seller, I included my Jabber details, so I don't understand why they won't let me make withdrawals!
