CLAIM Verifpro.net refusing to issue a refund after failing to complete the order

I opened the website of verifpro and then contacted him, I asked if he can verify my Paysend, he said sure, 790, I paid right away. He did not mention any store only refund policy or anything like that nor did he ask me to join his channel like many do.

After it took a week, he finally did and failed, So I asked for a refund and then he said store credit only, I did explain I have no use for his store and that I only wanted that one thing. Then he said its terms, after i shared screenshots of the website he said "Didn’t specify it here but it’s like that". Then he said its mentioned in the channel back in Jan 2023, I have n only joined his channel today few hours ago and even If i did before, its not like i will be scrolling back to Jan 2023 to see that post. Cause he never mentioned it. Therefore, I expect my full refund.
The only time me and him talked before was about a fakeid and thats it.

i confirm that we take full advance payment from customers and if no success doing verification we credit that balance to shop, that's also written
on the channel that's publicly available to all of my customers, customer is also participant of the channel and he can read the terms

We didn't update website for a long time as most purchases come via personal messages on telegram

WTF kind of bullshit is this? and look at those messages edited timestamp. This should at least warrant a warning for faking stuff like this.

I don't reject that we work that way when we take advance and credit to shop balance in case no success doing verification and we did same way for a long time

Bullshit is what you are writing, on my old channel we have same stuff as first post, but with 100$ advance and it was on 1 january 2023, your case is other as it requires usually real model to work on it

I only have a question, did you mention that to me or on the website? Try ordering from sellers her on TG, they clearly send you terms on the first response and/or ask you to order from the bot which in turn states the terms for you. Cause this way, anyway, can just make up shit on the fly and you have edited the terms message on TG right after I showed you the screenshots of the website. I have attached a screenshot of the edit timestamp.
And you keeping on saying that you do that for a long time isnt helping, I havent been shopping with you for a long time. I barely even know you.

About the main channel, I also attached a photo above of when I joined "Jan 6, 2026" and my order was placed "Dec 29, 2025" and the message of the store credit was edited after I asked for a refund.
