After purchasing or fulfilling a pre-order, you have 12 hours to reveal the full card number. After opening it, you have 10 minutes to check the card and submit it for a refund.

There are four checkers available in the service - UNDEFINED, uCheck, LuX Checker and 4Check.

We use three options when selling bases (indicated by an icon in the corresponding column):

REFUND BY TRUST SYSTEM [BLUE ICON] – A refund is possible only if the user does everything in accordance with their Trust Level (detailed description of how it works is available in the service). We usually apply this mode to sniffed bases with a standard 1–2 week aging period.

Refund YES [GREEN ICON] – a refund is allowed within 10 minutes after opening the card for absolutely all customers, regardless of their Trust Level (this mode is not widely used in practice; it is usually applied if the seller wants to sell off the remaining base more quickly or if there are concerns that the valid rate will decrease over time).

NO REFUND [RED ICON] – refunds are prohibited for all users; we usually apply this mode to cards that comes in almost real time without any aging, and such cards have a 98% validity rate.

you have 10 minutes after card has opened to request refund. Just make ticket and send CC number and support will check it manually. You can't check cards selling by Trust Level system if your Trust Level is low.

So for those who start participating and recharge the total amount of less than 150$, can not manually check system, when buying card and have 10 minutes to open the ticket to check card number manually, if die will be refunded ?
